If a lead is in holiday and I want to follow up in one month in need to check everyday when the time is over. BETTER: After one month (label one month) the lead is added to the inbox and can be redirected

Creating a complex workflow becomes very clunky when the act of saving it also closes it. This behavior requires reopening it, and then trying to find your place in it again. This problem is made even more difficult by the fact that there is no way to outwardly label inwardly unique items in the workflow.

Could we please add in the dashboard both on account level but also company level the generated interest levels as an extra KPI?

It would be great if you could export omnichannel workflows from one users account and import it into another users account. (Global workflows).

It would be great to be able to blacklist a profile quickly from the LI Inbox.

As the agency level view does not have a way to integrate an email account, workflow templates being built there cannot include emails. Could the restriction of requiring an integrated email account be removed from the agency view? It could be replaced with a restriction when trying to edit the template in a user's account not integrated with an email account.

Rather than Calendly or TimeTrade, if you could build this feature into the app, then you could offer tracking of meetings scheduled (not just replies). Huge value for us and our 20+ clients on the platform!
