Provide a way for us to enter a list of keywords for a particular campaign that when found in a reply will not stop the message sequenceing.(ie. Thanks, OK etc.)

This is the most cumbersome part of the current tech platform. The suggested responses ("I'm happy to connect" for example) break the automation and force a manual touchpoint. Adding exclusions would be EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you!

Hi, We would be interested in sending a response to the people that reply with "No thank you" as I am manually replying to them now and should not be being that we are paying Zopto for automation. This last response that I am sending them is something that my be beneficial to us. Please advise.

it would be handy to add the ability to create 'voting buttons' inside the text of sequence templates such as "Yes, I am interested", "No, I am not interested", "Thank you for ..." etc and use them to control/trigger which sequence path has to be followed/executed
