When using a placeholder and the result is something like Hi David A., it highlights the fact that this is coming from a bot. Would be great to remove emojis or initials so that the outreach looks more authentic

Integration with Zapier, so you can connect and feed your favorite CRM with the incoming messages and leads

It would be good to quickly sort messages by unread so I can avoid duplication. And avoid the time waiting for the new window to display. If there is best practise on this already please share. thanks

1) Allow sorting the Inbox to see only unread messages -- avoiding scrolling to find them 2) Allow searching the Inbox by Name

I often receive replies thanking me for the connection, but this stops the message sequence and they don't get to hear the value prop or how we can solve their problems.

If someone responds to intro message have the ability to return them to message sequence
